Add Your Site
Clusty is a metasearch engine. We crawl some special collections, like the AP, the New York Times, and Wikipedia, but we do not maintain an index of the entire Web. Rather, we send your query to multiple search engines, gather their results, and present them to you in a single, intuitive interface, making Clusty a much more powerful research tool than any one search engine.
This means that there is no Clusty index for you to submit your site to; rather, if you would like Clusty to cluster your website, you only need to be indexed by any of the sources we search. Most of these spiders will eventually come to your site, but if you would like to make sure your page is indexed more quickly, many engines allow you to submit URLs for spidering. Any of the following links will give you more information or help you submit your site to one of the sources Clusty uses:
- Instructions for listing your site with Open Directory
- Submit your site to MSN
- Add your URL to Gigablast
- More information on WiseNut
- FAQ's about Ask's web crawler
If you are indexed by any of these engines, you will be included in our clustering. See our Site Search page for details on using Clusty to search your site.
